OurLoveStory.io is an Interactive Wedding Experience Platform that allows couples to create digital experiences for their wedding celebrations. The Service includes:

  • Story page creation and hosting
  • QR code generation for story stations
  • Guest messaging and photo submission features
  • Live photo walls and event features
  • Gamification and engagement tools
  • Data export and preservation features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fees

All fees are displayed on our pricing page. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). All plans are one-time payments; there are no recurring subscription fees unless explicitly stated.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, videos, text, and other materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that:

  • You own or have rights to all content you upload
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws
  • Your content does not contain harmful, illegal, or offensive material

5.3 Guest Content

Content submitted by your wedding guests is subject to these same terms. You are responsible for moderating guest contributions and may remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
  • Create experiences for non-wedding/celebration purposes

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs. We will endeavor to provide advance notice when possible.

8. Data Retention and Export

Your wedding experience and associated data will remain accessible for at least 2 years after your wedding date. You may export all your data at any time. After the retention period, we may delete data unless you request an extension.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by OurLoveStory.io and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OURLOVESTORY.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OurLoveStory.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
