Yes, when the couple invites them as a partner on that wedding. The current partner model grants full owner access to the specific wedding workspace; it does not yet provide granular read-only or multi-client permissions.
No. OurLoveStory is purchased and configured per wedding. A planner or venue can support multiple couples by being invited to each couple’s workspace, but there is not currently a portfolio-level venue console.
After the display is configured, it can auto-rotate between its modes. We still recommend a named operator and backup to start or moderate live moments, verify the screen and network, and respond if the venue setup changes.
No. Guest interactions open in a mobile browser through an invitation link or Story Station. The couple and their delivery team should still test the venue, printed materials, screens, and connectivity before the event.
