What does one-time payment mean?
Each plan is a single payment, not a subscription. You pay once and keep your experience live for at least 2 years after your wedding date.
Can I preview everything before sharing with guests?
Yes. Once you sign up, you have full access to build and preview your wedding experience before any guests see it. Every plan also comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — if OurLoveStory is not the right fit, you will get a full refund.
Can I upgrade to a larger guest-size plan later?
Absolutely. Upgrades are instant and all your existing pages, RSVPs, and guest content remain in place.
How do the plans differ?
The plans differ by guest count only: Intimate Story covers up to 50 guests, Full Wedding Experience covers up to 150 guests, and Signature Celebration is for 151+ guests. Every plan includes the full feature set.
How do wedding gifts and cash funds work?
You can link external registries and create custom cash funds. All plans include 0% platform fee on cash gifts; only Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards through secure Stripe Checkout. Link may also appear when Stripe makes it available for the customer and browser.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How long does my experience stay online?
